Shipping policy

We're just a small team over here at Doctor Gus Designs. But we make every effort to pack and ship your order as quickly as we can.

Please contact us with any changes to your shipping address as soon as possible. Otherwise we're gonna send it out to the address provided.   

Processing time is 1 to 5 business days. Usually we're faster than that, but if it's a holiday or we're out at a convention that weekend it may take us an extra day. Please let us know if your order is time sensitive and you need it right away. 

We offer free standard USPS First Class shipping on all orders in the USA. And we also offer shipping upgrades if you require a faster delivery.

We do ship worldwide. Shipping rates on international orders are calculated based on destination. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges and taxes. 

Gift wrapping and gift shipping is available upon request.
